What is collected
When you subscribe, PJay.xyz stores your email address and the time you gave consent. When you submit a project request, it stores your name, email, selected services, budget bracket, brief and any PDF you attach.
Why it is used
Subscriber details are used for occasional updates. Inquiry details are used only to evaluate, prioritise and respond to your potential project. They are not sold or shared for unrelated marketing.
Storage and removal
Data is stored with the site’s hosting provider. Inquiry details are also copied to a private Notion workspace for lead evaluation and sent through the site’s email provider to the authorised administrator. Attachments remain private. To access, correct or delete your information, email inquiries@pjay.xyz.
Newsletter
You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting the address above. If the list moves to a newsletter provider, every message will include an unsubscribe option.
